How to Submit Your Photos

Please follow the photo instructions below and email your photos to info@cardallorthodontics.com, including the name of the patient in the subject of your email.

Once we receive your photos, our treatment coordinator will reach out to you to schedule your virtual consultation via the Zoom video app. During your virtual consultation, you will have a conversation with Dr. Cardall and be able to ask any questions while Dr. Cardall reviews your photos and discusses your options for treatment.

Dr. Cardall will also show you examples of previously treated cases that are similar to your own, so you can gain a clear understanding of what orthodontic treatment can do for you. After your conversation with Dr. Cardall, our treatment coordinator will review financial arrangements and any applicable insurance.
