When you visit Dr. Cardall for the first time, you can expect a happy and friendly welcome from our team.
Our concierge team will greet you and hand you a health history questionnaire to complete. (You can save time by filling the questionnaire out online before your appointment!)

You will then get a tour of our office to get you acquainted with your surroundings. We will take intraoral and extraoral photos and 3-E x-rays for our records.
Our awesome treatment coordinator will then welcome you and ask about your specific concerns and what you’d like to accomplish through your orthodontic treatment.
Meet
Dr. Cardall
Following your visit with our treatment coordinator, you’ll meet Dr. Cardall, who will complete an extensive exam. He will use your photos and x-rays to educate you on his findings and propose one or more treatment options. He may also show you before-and-after pictures of previous patients with cases similar to yours. Dr. Cardall believes he is your expert consultant and you are the ultimate decision-maker for your mouth. He wants you to feel comfortable with his professional opinion on the treatment recommended, but know that your concerns are being addressed as well.
Flexible treatments to fit your life
Our treatment coordinator will answer any further questions you may have and educate you about the treatment process. She will present you with the cost of treatment and work out a financial plan that fits your budget.
If you choose a braces treatment plan, our clinical assistant can place the braces and start your treatment in a 75-minute appointment the same day! If you choose Invisalign® clear aligners or another appliance, we will take a digital scan of your teeth during a quick, 10-minute appointment.

We will then schedule your next appointment, giving you a folder with copies of the documents you signed, a copy of your records, and instructions on braces and Invisalign® care. We may even have a cold, soothing, tasty surprise for you at the end (we’ll keep you in suspense for now)!
